Aircraft Component Repair, Inc. (ACR) is an FAA Approved and EASA Accepted Repair Station and a leading subcontractor to the airline industry developing and performing unique piece-part repairs on aircraft components.
ACR is an Engineering Company/Machine Shop owned and operated by Engineers specializing in standard OHM repairs and ACR-Developed repairs as well as reclamation repairs.
ACR can support both engine and system components on the following types of Commercial and Military aircraft:
Boeing 707, 717, 727, 737, 747, 757, 767, 777
McDonnell-Douglas DC-8, DC-9, DC10, MD80, MD90, MD11
Airbus A300, A310, A318, A319, A320, A330, A340
Military Trainers/Fighters A-4, F-5, F-14, F15, F-16, F-18, etc.
Military Transports C-123, C-130, C-141, C-5, C-17, P-3, etc.
ACR has received FAA Approval for the following Repair Series and MINOR Repair Processes:
ACR 300-Series Repairs – These are individual repairs that ACR has developed and tested; providing the results to the FAA to obtain Aircraft Certification Office (ACO) approval.
ACR 3000-Series Repairs – These are individual repairs that were similarly developed by ACR and then evaluated and approved by the ACO.
ACR 4000-Series Repairs – These are individual repairs that were developed by ACR through processes approved by the FAA ACO and considered FAA-Approved when developed.
Designated Engineering Representative (DER) Repairs
ACR can also develop repairs using our in-house DER.
Certification of Repaired Parts –
For Commercial Aircraft, ALL ACR repaired parts are returned with an FAA Form 8130-3/EASA Form One Dual Release Certificate.
For Military Aircraft, parts are returned with either an FAA Form 8130-3 or a Certificate of Conformance.
